Their menu boasts a variety of options, from traditional cheese slices to loaded house specials. The sauce here is described as savory, not overly sweet, making each bite a delight for your taste buds.
Customers rave about the generous amount of cheese on every slice and the thin crust that is just right - not too thick, not too thin.

One of the OG pizzerias still standing in NYC. I've been coming here since childhood and still make the trip out every time I'm in town. No frills, cash only!

This used to be a local spot, over the years has become popular to folks from all over. Parking lot can be full depending on the time of day. Down to earth, walk in an order pizza place. Cash only. I remember when a slice used to be $1.25. Which was pricier than the others in the area. But over 30 years later they remain. $9 for 2 slices and a bottled water. If it's your first visit wait for it to be fresh and hot. You will see as the pizza comes out of the oven.

Solid pizzeria. I love that they put a lot of cheese. Their house special is always loaded with toppings. It's cash only so service may be a bit slow but it's great pizza. It's a no frills place. Just good pizza.

Delicious classic NY pizza and red sauce. I prefer a more savory sauce which is what Amore has. Some places have sauce that are too sweet. Can't go wrong with ordering a pie to share and taking home the leftovers! Still yummy after reheating in the toaster oven or on the pan. Plenty of parking (watch the pot holes). Great pit stop in Queens on the way to or from la guardia airport.

No photos yet because it was a spur of the moment buy but I can tell you it's one of the best slices I had on Long Island and the service was spot on. Place is def worth taking a trip too.

Stopped here for a quick slice on the way to my brother's house. Kind of shocked barstool only gave them an 8.1 because im giving them a 9.5. This place is cash only and you may encounter a line, but the pizza is so worth it. Super thin slice with the right amount of cheese and sauce. Their sauce was the best part- not too sweet. Super friendly service. If you are looking for an amazing thin slice of NY pizza with minimal flop then this is your spot!

Small little spot in a shopping center. Not sure where I was exactly but the people working were very nice and it didn't take long to get your food. The pizza was good! The sandwich was huge and could be 2-3 meals but for me it was a bit dry. For $3 a slice though definitely worth it and comes right out the oven.

Review update ! The pizza is good for that extra thin crust and sweet sauce but - for outstanding baked clams I had to add 2 extra stars. Who would've guessed that's also what they are known for as my friendly lady helper at the counter told me ? A pizza place with better than sit down restaurant baked clams ? No way ! Mom and I ordered some slices while the clams were cooking. No need bc they brought over oven heated Italian bread and butter. You'd want to hold onto that The clams were delivered to our table. 12 of them ,for 24 as of 2024, on a plate of a scampi like sauce of oil, white wine, parsley and garlic with some lemon slices. The clams were perfection. Nicely sized little necks with whole , not chopped , clam still attached to its shell with a beautiful slightly charred crust of breadcrumbs and whatever use they use for spices. No fishy smell and they knew to not to overcook them makes them. Absolutely delicious. I will say these are the best baked clams I've had. Period. Remember this is cash only and the ambience is typical 80s to 90s pizzeria but I'd have to say it can work for a low key date spot ! At least, for a place to take your kids for pizza and you get fancy for baked clams.
